As you would be aware, NAPLAN commences on Wednesday, 11th March for our Year 3 and 5 students. The students have been preparing in class as part of the regular Teaching and Learning program. NAPLAN is an opportunity to take a ‘snap-shot’ of the current ability of the students which helps our school to assess the effectiveness of our programs.
To help your child to prepare, please ensure that they get a good night’s sleep and eat a healthy breakfast, as this will best support them. Other than that, if you are calm about these assessments, it will assist them to be calm as well.
