This term, Year 6 homework will continue to be presented in the familiar homework grid format used throughout the year. The grid will include activities from the key learning areas of Religion, Mathematics, Literacy and HASS, with each task directly linked to the concepts and skills being taught in class. These activities are designed to consolidate and reinforce students’ learning while encouraging independent work habits. As our Year 6 students prepare for the transition to high school, we encourage them to complete their homework consistently and take responsibility for managing their tasks. Homework will be collected and marked every second Friday. Should students experience any difficulties or require assistance with any aspect of the homework, they are encouraged to speak with their teachers as early as possible, for further support and instruction.
