Homework will continue to be distributed fortnightly and completed in a designated homework book. Each activity on the Homework Grid is directly linked to the learning taking place in class during that fortnight. Tasks may include activities from Religion, HASS, Mathematics, and Writing.
Students are encouraged to read each night and apply the reading strategies learned in class to support their comprehension and understanding of the text.
We have intentionally kept the amount of homework manageable. Students may use this time to finish or revise class tasks at home if needed. This helps them begin developing healthy study habits and routines in preparation for the increased expectations of high school.
