The information below was shared directly via email with those families who have a child performing in the Percussion Ensemble on Thursday, 6th August. This post simply serves a reminder of the information already shared with impacted families.
Please find linked here information regarding the Percussion Ensemble’s Catholic Performing Arts performance. A paper copy of the linked letter will also be sent home with Chiara this week.
A bus will be organised by the school to take the children to and from the event. The children will depart school at approximately 1:30pm and should arrive back at school between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. Upon return, the children will be supervised in the school Library and should be collected from this location.
As the children will be representing the school, please ensure Chiara wears her winter school uniform to the performance.
