As we approach the end of a wonderful term, our teachers would like to celebrate with the children by giving them a small chocolate treat on the final day of Term 1.
As part of the Italian program in Years 1 to 6, Mrs Andreone would also like to share with students a traditional Italian Easter cake called Colomba (similar to a Panettone). She plans to offer students a small taste while also teaching them about the cake’s significance and history in Italian culture.
If you would prefer that your child did not receive a chocolate treat or try the Italian Easter cake, please let your child’s teacher know directly via email and they will be happy to make alternative arrangements.
