In Week 7 of this term, an Occupational Therapist (OT) from Kids Club will be visiting our Pre-Primary classes to complete a brief individual OT screening assessment.

These observations help identify how children are developing important skills such as fine motor control, hand strength, pencil grip and early writing readiness. A report will be shared with both the school and family, providing insights that can assist us to better support the children’s learning and development in the classroom.

Please note that OT screening is a school‑wide program conducted for all Pre-Primary students as part of our early monitoring and support processes. As this screening is organised and implemented across the entire cohort, participation is required.

If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with your child’s teacher.
